Following in the foot steps of AT&T, Verizon will begin selling subsidized Netbooks when a customer signs up for a high speed data plan. For now, you’ll have to settle with little to no details as the Verizon’s spokeswoman Brenda Raney would only confirm the original rumor to partner with a Netbook manufacturer, but wouldn’t reveal pricing, manufacturer or a street date for the deal.

100 amazing iPhone photos
Apple iPhone is the best portable media player ever. It browses the Web like a champ. Fun new interface for navigating within a mobile device. Huge screen looks amazing. Brilliant web browser. Syncs well with PCs and Macs. YouTube function is also fantastic.
Anyway, having said all that, the iPhone’s camera is still quite inferior compared to the current slew of camera phones out there. Most new Sony Ericsson and Nokia phones have a far better camera than that of Apple’s. But I was pleasantly surprised to see the 100 amazing iPhone photos compiled by Haje Jan Kamps of Photocritic.org. They are really amazingly good!
Check out a few of them below which are my favorite.

Those amazing photos are great for inspirations. Do check out the rest at Photocritic.org.
Now, I love iPhone even more!

Vertu Nurburgring Racetrack Titanium Mobile Phone

In the event you missed out on the special edition Vertu Nurburgring Racetrack mobile phone that was produced in a very limited 1,000 units, we found one on ebay with a price tag of US$4,599.
The Nokia based phone is designed to commemorate Germany’s famous Nurburgring racing circuit. Each phone comes with the famous racetrack etched on the rear of the device and is supplied with a black leather pouch embossed with the GP flag.Interested? Then don’t wait, jump over to ebay and make your bid! But for us, five grand doesn’t really make any sense in our books.

Lately, there has been a lot of rumors on iPhone 4G, and there is even a new features picture at Gizmodo. Look at those smooth curves and the slim design! Of course, the phone in the picture here is an iPhone 4G concept which won’t see the light of day anytime soon.
Some of
the new features expected include:
* Sturdy titanium and glass design
* OLED screen
* 3G data speed
* True GPS
* iChat camera
* Removable battery
* Standard headphone jack
* 3.2 megapixel camera
* Video capable
* 32GB capacity
* Messaging light
Naturally this new iPhone has got better features such as a megapixels front camera, a better processor and it knows how to multitask!Well, I certainly hope Apple is paying attention to this!… otherwise let’s hope LG or Toshiba’s touchscreen phones will deliver everything the iPhone didn’t.

Nokia E63

The Nokia E63 is essentially a cut-down version of the existing Nokia E71. It is a 3G smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard and WiFi, aimed generally more at consumers than business people, and with a significantly lower price tag.Some obvious features that the E63 shares with the E71 are the QWERTY keyboard and the 2.36 inch QVGA display. As with the E71, the E63 is a 3G phone with WiFi support, microSD expandable memory, email and VPN support, a web browser, multimedia player, an FM radio and the Symbian S60 operating system. I have to admit I particularly love its email and VPN support.Both handsets can use Nokia’s Ovi service, and E63 even has enhanced file sharing capabilities.Given the success of the Nokia E71, we see no reason why the Nokia E63 should be any different, potentially swaying users who didn’t fancy learning a BlackBerry operating system or the E71’s higher price… especially when you consider that it is also much cheaper than the Nokia 6500 Slide and Classic handsets.

The world’s most expensive mobile phone

Austrian luxury designer and jeweler Peter Aloisson has designed the world’s most expensive iPhone. While diamond studded mobile phones are nothing new, but this mobile phone is somewhat different because it’s an Apple iPhone… it has a nice name too, iPhone Princess Plus.This could well be the world’s most expensive mobile phone!
The otherwise standard iPhone features a line of white gold around the edge of the phone and is also encrusted with 138 high-quality cut diamonds. The phone derives its name from the Princess cut used on 138 of the 318 diamonds. The rest of the 180 diamonds are brilliant cut. Needless to say, all diamonds used are of the top quality!
This iPhone Princess Plus has a price tag of €120,000. But, if you can’t afford this pricey iPhone, you can buy the iPhone set only with brilliant-cut diamonds. This can be purchased at a price of €45,000 (USD66,150).

Nokia N79 review

Nokia N79 is a newly launched entertainment-focused candybar mobile phone. The design is quite similar to Nokia N85, which was also announced just recently, although it comes with a more stylish focus.
For those worried about matching their mobile phone with their outfit when they hit the streets, three Xpress-on smart covers are included with Nokia N79. With the ability to change the covers and the phone’s themes, you will look cool everyday!In typical S60 fashion, a lot of the core functionality from older models remain, while new and improved features are seamlessly integrated. The Nokia N79 runs on Symbian S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2, and as expected there are a lot of things that remind one of older models with the same operating system.
The Nokia N79 integrates navigation, music with FM transmitter, high-speed connectivity, web browsing, over 10 preinstalled N-Gage games and an advanced camera in one compact device. The 5.0-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics comes with dual LED flash and video lights to captures clear images. Video can be edited on the N79 directly and photos can be geotagged to specific locations. The N79 comes with a combination of three Xpress-on smart covers of either Light Sea Blue, Espresso Brown, Olive Green, White and Coral Red.
Main Features of Nokia N79

Dual SIM and touch screen LG KS660
LG announced the new LG KS660 not too long ago. This is first touch screen phone by LG with a slot for two SIM-cards. LG points out this cellphone is designed for business people with a busy schedule, since both SIM cards are in the device, thus call waiting may be active for up to four calls at once.
Phones that allow using two SIM cards simultaneously are great and come in handy in a lot of situations. They allow you to carry only one, instead of two cellphones, which is necessary, in case you have a business number and a personal number for example. Unfortunately, with a few exceptions (made by Samsung), such devices are being developed by Chinese manufacturers with a doubtful reputation.That’s why the appearance of a dual SIM phone, coming from LG is a good news!
LG KS660 is equipped with special functions for business, managed through a convenient interface. In fact, I think it is this mini PC in a thin form factor. Touch screen provides quick access to all information necessary for conducting business. One click opens access to many widgets, including a calendar, plans, notebook, spreadsheet, which can be arranged to the way you like it.
Features of the LG KS660 dual SIM phone include:
* Tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz)
* 3 inch touch sensitive TFT-display with a WQVGA resolution 240×400 pixels and 262K colors
* 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash, and video recording (720×480)
* FM-radio
* 50 MB internal memory
* Memory card slot for microSD up to 4 GB
* Integrated accelerometer
* Slots for two SIM-cards
* Battery 950 mAh
* Standby time - 250 hours
* Time running conversation - 3.5 hours
* Dimensions - 105×55×14,9 mm
* Weight - 115 grams
